Lobe Dich als gäb’s kein Morgen mehr :-)

Du wartest auf Lob und Anerkennung von außen? Da muss ich Dich leider enttäuschen – das ist keine gute Idee. Denn da kannst Du manchmal lange warten und hoffen.
Wenn Du etwas von einem anderen Menschen erwartest, tust Du Dir damit keinen Gefallen, weil Du die Macht sozusagen nach außen hin abgibst und in einen passiven Zustand kommst. Lieber selbst aktiv werden! Also reiß das Ruder herum, indem Du Dir selbst Lob schenkst und Komplimente machst. Und zwar am besten so oft wie möglich! Stell Dich vor den Spiegel und beginn Dir, begleitet von einem Lächeln, auf die Schulter zu klopfen. Viel Spaß dabei 🙂

Probier es aus und beobachte, wie Du Dich im Alltag veränderst und dass Eigenlob ganz und gar nicht stinkt!

PS: Achtung, das kann süchtig machen 🙂
